What we Do

Introducing you to the market:

Preparing the Bid

  • Making you familiar with the geography, demographics, economy, cultural and other differences that make the area unique.

  • Providing all necessary and significant information about upcoming opportunities and work in the sectors of interest.

  • Assisting in preparation of all documents necessary for the registration in the “Contractors List”, "Vendor List" or “Bid List”.

  • Where appropriate, we can supplement the specifications with photography, local engineering expertise and other professional services to provide the fullest picture of the work site and its challenges.

  • Arranging translation of the bid where appropriate and review to ensure sensitivity to cultural differences.

  • Assessing your bid to highlight factors that differentiate it from the “crowd” of other bidders emphasizing added value, not just product and numbers.

  •  Supplying you with significant information for client positioning including, where possible, the names of the competing companies, the budgets, etc.
